Direct Marketing Solutions (DMS) located near Cranberry Twp is a leading multi-channel marketing firm specializing in direct mail and digital campaigns. As we expand, we're looking for a Press Production Manager to manage our overnight shift . This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented manager who wants to grow in a fast-paced collaborative environment!

Position Summary:

The Press Production Manager works the overnight shift to oversee overnight operations in the Press Department, managing personnel and equipment across the Press, Envelope Converting, and Laser areas.

What you'll do:

• Manage daily operations in the Press Department.
• Monitor production standards and schedules.
• Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to proper safety procedures.
• Coordinater preventative maintenance and repairs on machines.
• Manage employee attendance and payroll information.
• Oversee performance management of employees including training and development.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:30am, with overtime and weekends, as needed.

What you'll bring:

• Prior experience in direct mail preferred.
• Production/Manufacturing management strongly preferred.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong decision-making skills and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including before or after scheduled shift and weekends, as needed.
