Position Summary:

The Senior Copywriter will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive content across various platforms, including digital and print advertising, websites, social media, and UI/UX interfaces. This role involves collaborating closely with creative teams, marketing strategists, and clients to develop engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive brand objectives. The Senior Copywriter must possess a deep understanding of tone, style, and audience demographics to create tailored messaging that enhances user experience and promotes brand identity. Additionally, they are expected to conduct thorough research, analyze market trends, and adapt their writing to align with evolving industry standards. This position requires strong creative and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. Ultimately, Benco's Senior Copywriter will play a crucial role in shaping a brand's voice and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

• Content Creation: Develop original and engaging copy that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience across multiple channels
• Brand Voice: Maintain and evolve the brand's tone and style, ensuring consistency across all content and communications
• SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to research keywords and implement SEO best practices in copy to enhance search engine visibility
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure that copy complements UI/UX design, enhancing the overall user experience
• Campaign Development: Contribute to the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns, creating compelling narratives that drive engagement and conversions
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape to inform content strategies
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior copywriters, fostering a collaborative and creative environment

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications or Marketing
• 4-6 years of copywriting, preferably in an agency or corporate setting
