Position Title:

Shipper Loader/Palletizer Operator

Pay Rate:

$24.28/hr during probationary period, $25.38/hr upon qualification

Shift Differential:

2nd Shift - 25 cents/hour

3rd Shift - 35 cents/hour 

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:00pm)

3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am)

The Job You Will Perform:

Perform advanced level material handling for material processing
Complete daily pre-start forklift maintenance inspection report
Load and unload trailers, rail cars and/or containersFollow proper trailer loading and unloading lock-out/tag-out procedure
Understand and follow load pattern according to trailer, railcar, bale size and weight variables
Participate in weekly and monthly inventory and reporting
Adhere to Plant policies and guidelines

The Skills You Will Bring:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the United States

3-6 months hands on Industrial Plant manufacturing experience
Corrugated industry experience preferred

Sit down Forklift/pull pack experience preferred

Ability to perform duties with or without accommodation
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracyAbility to understand and communicate information

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision 

The ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler
The ability to use basic shop math
The ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.
