Bevanda is a faith-based company that designs and prints custom drinkware for individuals who work hard and take pride in their work. Founded in 2017 in Gordonville, Pennsylvania, the team remains humble, generous, and eager to grow. What You'll Do as an Accounting & Finance Associate:

• Process bi-weekly payroll through QuickBooks Online with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Reconcile all bank accounts and loan statements monthly, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, process vendor payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Execute the Profit First cash allocation plan and maintain organized, up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales and leadership reports to support decision-making.
• Create & track the annual budget, presenting updates and insights in monthly leadership meetings.
• Gather & organize year-end financial documents for CPA tax preparation.
• Provide comprehensive, accurate financial reporting and insights that support Bevanda's continued growth and stewardship.

Our Ideal Accounting & Finance Associate:

• Experienced: Brings at least two years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience, including reporting and cash management.
• Tech-savvy: Has an advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online to confidently leverage spreadsheets or related tools to keep finances accurate and current.
• Detail-driven & organized: Manages financial records, reconciliations, and deadlines with precision, consistency, and precise documentation.
• Analytical: Interprets data, identifies trends, and helps leadership make informed decisions.
• Personable & friendly: Builds trust across the team and communicates financial information with clarity and respect.
• Team-minded: Embodies Bevanda's values of humility, generosity, and stewardship while contributing to a culture built on faith and trust.

What We Offer Our Accounting & Finance Associate:

• $55,000-$75,000/year, DOE
• Full-time or Part-time hours available
