Buchanan Auto Park is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Waynesboro, PA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will work closely with technicians to schedule, communicate, and follow up on service appointments, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our clientele.

• Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding vehicle service and repairs
• Schedule service appointments and provide accurate estimates on repair costs and timelines
• Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer issues and updates on vehicle status
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers throughout the service process
• Process service orders and handle invoicing and payments accurately
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure compliance with company policies

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Competitive salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, paid weekly
