Innvoke, LLC is a highly collaborative group of talented and committed experts who create beautiful images, point-of-purchase displays, and amazing signs and banners for our clients, both locally and nationwide. Please note - this is not a Graphic Design position; it is a production job.

We are currently looking for an internally driven person with a desire to learn our processes and take ownership of the role, which requires working in a fast-paced environment on our production floor with our production team to finish and ship client projects on time and in the best fashion possible.

So what is a Production Assistant? Well, it changes from day to day and is full of variety! You will find that it can include: preparing boxes for shipping, greeting, loading and unloading with delivery drivers, loading large format printers, catching printed materials, wrapping pallets, assisting with sign installs, learning or adding your special talent to screen-printing, bindery/finishing work, mail assembly, operating a variety of equipment, moving materials, boxes and basically doing what is needed each day as it pertains to the jobs we are working to complete.

Requirements:

• Print/Print Production experience - you got it great, you don't but you know how to learn and Want to do it

• You are a fan of lifting at work, you can skip the gym - no problem lifting 4'X8' materials and up to 50 pounds.
• Details matter, you like them and pay attention to details.
• You get to use some of the math you learned in school.

• You don't need to be told twice - you take the ball and run, you are a natural-born self-starter, independent worker.
• Process and organization are natural skills.
