About the Role
We are seeking an experienced financial professional to lead planning, forecasting, and reporting for our Latin American operations. In this role, you will provide critical financial insights, guide decision-making, and ensure accurate tracking of performance across multiple markets. You will own financial modeling, analysis, and reporting processes while helping the organization make informed strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with a commercial mindset, is detail-oriented, and can communicate complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills across cultures and teams are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling for regional operations.
Analyze performance trends, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain cost models for products, channels, and initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on financial results and projections.
Evaluate opportunities to optimize processes, improve reporting, and enhance data accuracy.
Support special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in financial services or FP&A roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; graduate degree preferred.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFM are a plus.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
