Traveling Senior Construction Project Manager (Mission Critical)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Traveling Senior Construction Project Manager specializing in mission-critical projects, particularly data centers. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-stakes construction projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all stages of the construction process.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and upper management.
• Provide strategic oversight in the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and data center construction processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
