About the Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Event Activities & Entertainment Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events involving sports, concerts, and organized activities. This role focuses on coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate planning timelines for sports, concert, and activity-based events
Manage venue confirmations, scheduling, and vendor communication
Support ticketing coordination and event access logistics
Organize transportation, lodging, and activity arrangements as needed
Maintain accurate event documentation and tracking systems
Communicate clearly with clients, partners, and service providers
Assist with event-day coordination and troubleshooting
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with digital systems and scheduling tools
Experience in event planning, hospitality, sports management, entertainment, or administrative support is a plus
