We are a growing, craft‐focused manufacturing company near Pottstown, PA, building and servicing pipe organs for churches and institutions.
In this role, you will:
*Coordinate the work of a small, skilled production team
*Help refine processes and systems as we grow
*Review and produce proposals and small contracts
*Provide financial and operational reporting to the owners
You bring:
At least five years of experience leading people and managing a business or department
A background in manufacturing, construction, or a similar hands‐on environment
A steady, practical leadership style and willingness to learn our craft
This full-time, on-site role near Pottstown, PA, offers competitive pay, great benefits, and a supportive environment to grow as our business develops.
