As an Associate Release Manager within PNC's Data and Automation Tech Enterprise - Regulatory organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh-PA, Strongsville-OH, Birmingham-AL or Dallas-TX.

Responsibilities include:
Will be responsible for the coordination of release communication and coordination of all 22 applications under Enterprise Director of Technology
Is required to work weekends (unless there is of course no release that weekend
Will work with our Run the Bank, Change the Bank and Shared Service teams to coordinate release activities and contacts
Will continually improve and enhance release processes & documentation and work with BI development team to improve dashboard reports to help all parties involved in the release.
Supports business continuity events when they occur

Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes .
Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results .
Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes .

Job Description

  • Plans and coordinates technology releases and changes across the enterprise for multiple applications and various portfolio streams.
  • Leads in partnering with various teams to build release schedule and project plan/milestones for an application and/or project.
  • Responsible for quality check on change releases to ensure processes are following enterprise standards, guidelines and best practices. Creates and maintains deployment plan success guides within segments and projects ahead of release execution.
  • Provides guidance to cross-functional teams during change management and release projects. Runs standard reports across lines of businesses, segments and applications and provides regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Executes change management processes appropriately. Documents release management process improvement opportunities and ensures proper escalation as needed.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
