Family Medicine Physician (FP) needed in Easton, PA.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that’s committed to their patients and making a difference throughout PA.

Salary and Benefits

• The salary range is based on experience ($220,147 - $309,768.94/year)
• Incentive Plan Annual Bonus – up to 18% base salary
• Retention Bonuses - $20,000 (after 4 years of full-time employment)

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
• 36 patient hours
• 4 administrative hours
• On-call as needed – at home coverage for urgent patient calls after nurse triage
• Occasional weekend rounding
• Educate patients and their families in preventative care & prescribed treatments
• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient’s care plan
• Providing care for patients of all ages

Requirements

• Clear and active Physician license in the state of Pennsylvania
• MD/DO
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in the state of Pennsylvania
• Family Medicine
