Rapidly growing janitorial company seeking individuals that are able to work daytime hours at 1 single site Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm.
Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and possess a great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team are necessary.
Ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision is what we are looking for.
Cleaning experience is a plus but willing to train hard working individuals with great work ethic.
Both in office and job site training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Must have driver’s license, reliable transportation, and cell phone.
- Must be able to pass both background and drug test.
- High school diploma OR GED required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs and bend to clean low surfaces.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning
Duties:
- Cleaning of common areas, including but not limited to: hallways, offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and
- Cleaning duties to include, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, etc.
- Communicating with team members proactively should any aspect of your cleaning not be completed
- Following all health and safety regulations.
Compensation and Hours:
- Based on experience $16.00 - 17.50/hr
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 5pm
- 40hrs/week
