About the Role
An exclusive aviation catering kitchen supporting luxury private jet clients is hiring an Aviation Chef to join our overnight production team. This role is ideal for a Culinary Chef, Catering Chef, or Executive Sous Chef seeking work-life balance, a predictable schedule, and a high-end culinary environment without the chaos of a restaurant or last-minute menu changes.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, assemble, and package gourmet meals for private aviation
- Follow standardized recipes + custom client requests
- Maintain food quality, portion accuracy, and proper labeling
- Handle ordering, receiving, and inventory as needed
- Support a safe, organized, clean production kitchen

What You Bring
