Site Service Specialist

We are seeking a versatile, high-energy Site Service Specialist to join our team at a premier corporate location in Philadelphia. This is a multi-faceted role that combines mailroom operations, print services, and general office maintenance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels in customer-facing environments and can pivot quickly between technical tasks and facility support.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Mail & Logistics: Sort, distribute, and process incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and packages; apply necessary postage and manage shipping/receiving.
• Facilities Maintenance: Perform light carpentry, patch/paint, change light bulbs, and install fixtures (whiteboards, pictures). Assist with office furniture moves and conference room setups.
• Office Support: Provide high-quality copy/print services and assist with records management.
• Janitorial Touch-ups: Maintain the professional appearance of the site, including restocking pantries/restrooms and occasional cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, trash removal) as needed.
• Customer Service: Act as a key point of contact for daily client interactions, ensuring all requests are handled with urgency and professionalism.
