What You'll Do As a Territory Sales Rep:
- Build & maintain strong relationships with business decision-makers across your assigned territory.
- Promote & sell a full range of office products and solutions through in-person visits, phone calls, and follow-up appointments.
- Manage a provided call list and generate leads through cold calls and prospecting.
- Present quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with customer service and product teams to ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
- Attend team sales meetings and contribute to strategy development.
- Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Receive support from leadership and sales management throughout the training process.
- Work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, traveling throughout Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, and Lebanon. We provide flexible scheduling for parents who need it.

- Experienced: Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train self-motivated individuals with grit and a strong work ethic.

- Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, and email communication.
What We Offer Our Territory Sales Rep:
- $50,000-$60,000/year anticipated earnings in year one
- Health Insurance – $400/month stipend
- PTO – 2 weeks to start
- 7 Paid Holidays + 1 Personal Day
