We are expanding our Framing Division and are searching for a Senior Framer / Lead Carpenter who wants more than “just a job.” We want a leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, values accountability, and is ready to grow with a company that rewards excellence.

OUR WORK SCHEDULE

• Four 10-hour days (Monday–Thursday)
• Friday mornings reserved for leadership, training, and growth meetings
• This gives you long weekends and the opportunity to grow into leadership and bonus tracks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead residential and commercial framing projects
• Layout floors, walls, roofs, decks, and additions
• Read blueprints and solve field challenges
• Manage crews and keep production on pace
• Train and mentor apprentices
• Maintain Best Construction standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality
