About the Role:
Elite Branding is seeking a dynamic Events Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events that showcase our brand and engage our audience. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, vendors, and clients to ensure that every event runs smoothly from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about event management and eager to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, from concept to completion.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, and event setup.
- Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operation.
- Track and report event metrics and outcomes to assess success and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
