Manufacturing Engineer
Are you a hands-on engineer looking to make a direct impact at a stable, family-owned global industry leader? We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to bridge the gap between design engineering, CNC programming, and shop floor execution. In this role, you will design custom fixtures in Autodesk Inventor, create efficient manufacturing routings, and drive continuous improvement projects alongside experienced operators. This position offers a competitive starting salary of up to $97,000 (depending on experience), alongside a comprehensive health and retirement benefits package.

- Update manufacturing processes and address discrepancies
- Complete special projects relating to continuous improvement initiatives
- Review existing manufacturing plans and bill of materials for issues and updates as needed
- Review all design, quality and customer requirements necessary to generate manufacturing routings
- Identify required dimensional and other inspection measurements and generates quality control forms
- Communicate with Manufacturing Manager, Purchasing, CNC Programming, and Quality to ensure that all order requirements are met
