ServiceNow CMDB Analyst
Must Skill: Data governance, quality, and operational health.
Key Responsibilities: Managing CMDB health, analysing data quality, ensuring compliance, resolving data discrepancies, and performing ongoing remediation. Manages over 50 enterprise integrations and assists in defining KPIs and operational dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain CMDB health, ensuring completeness, correctness, and compliance.
Analyze and resolve CMDB data quality issues, duplicates, orphan CI records, and relationship discrepancies.
Implement and support CMDB governance policies, standards, and best practices.
Perform ongoing data remediation to improve CMDB accuracy and reliability.
Manage and monitor 50+ enterprise integrations feeding the CMDB.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and service owners to ensure accurate CI lifecycle management.
Define and track CMDB KPIs, health metrics, and operational dashboards.
Generate reports and provide insights into CMDB performance and compliance.
Support audits and ensure adherence to organizational data governance standards.
Work closely with ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping teams to improve CMDB operational maturity.
