Account Processing Associate
We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join a large, well-established financial services organization as Account Processing Associates. In this role, you'll process and review client transaction requests — including checks, withdrawals, and account changes — ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The first 10 weeks are in a hybrid format, before converting to remote. Training hours are 7:30A-4P. Mondays and Fridays at home, Tuesday through Thursday in the Malvern, PA office. This is a full time, temp to perm role paying $20/ hour. What we're looking for:- Attention to detail — this is the most critical quality for success in this role
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment with time constraints
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Comfortable with performance being discussed openly in a team setting
- Ability to handle constructive feedback and work toward metric goals
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
- Authorized to work in the United States permanently without employer sponsorship
- Reliable internet access with ability to connect via ethernet (required for remote work)
- Available Monday–Friday during training hours (7:30am–4pm)
- No pre-planned time off during the training period

education: High School Responsibilities What you'll do
- Review and process client transaction requests for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Research and resolve complex monetary and clerical requests across brokerage and mutual fund accounts
- Contact clients via outbound calls and written correspondence to clarify incomplete or invalid paperwork
- Partner with team members to resolve processing issues and ensure timely completion
- Maintain quality and productivity standards while following SEC guidelines and internal policies
- Participate in team huddles and lean management practices
