Account Processing Associate

We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join a large, well-established financial services organization as Account Processing Associates. In this role, you'll process and review client transaction requests — including checks, withdrawals, and account changes — ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The first 10 weeks are in a hybrid format, before converting to remote. Training hours are 7:30A-4P. Mondays and Fridays at home, Tuesday through Thursday in the Malvern, PA office. This is a full time, temp to perm role paying $20/ hour.

• Solid problem-solving and time management skills
• Comfortable with performance being discussed openly in a team setting
• Ability to handle constructive feedback and work toward metric goals
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States permanently without employer sponsorship
• Reliable internet access with ability to connect via ethernet (required for remote work)
• Available Monday–Friday during training hours (7:30am–4pm)
• No pre-planned time off during the training period

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Review and process client transaction requests for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Research and resolve complex monetary and clerical requests across brokerage and mutual fund accounts
• Contact clients via outbound calls and written correspondence to clarify incomplete or invalid paperwork
• Partner with team members to resolve processing issues and ensure timely completion
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while following SEC guidelines and internal policies
• Participate in team huddles and lean management practices
