Kidnecting Potential is a pediatric therapy practice dedicated to supporting children and families through a neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-based, and strengths-focused approach. We provide Occupational Therapy services for children and adolescents with a wide range of developmental profiles, with an emphasis on regulation, participation, sensory integration, praxis, social-emotional development, and functional skill acquisition.
We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative and growing team in Lancaster, PA.

Position Responsibilities
- Conduct Occupational Therapy evaluations and ongoing assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s unique strengths and areas of need
- Provide play-based, relationship-based Occupational Therapy services
- Support development in areas including sensory integration and praxis, regulation, motor planning, fine motor skills, executive functioning, social participation, and activities of daily living
- Collaborate with caregivers to develop meaningful strategies for home and community carryover
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
Candidates must:
- Hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Be licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Value neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based practice
Preferred experience or training includes:
- Sensory Integration and Praxis
- DIR® Floortime
- Interactive Metronome®
- Feeding therapy/SOS Approach
- Reflex Integration strategies
- Pediatric outpatient or school-based experience
