Kidnecting Potential is a pediatric therapy practice dedicated to supporting children and families through a neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-based, and strengths-focused approach. We provide Occupational Therapy services for children and adolescents with a wide range of developmental profiles, with an emphasis on regulation, participation, sensory integration, praxis, social-emotional development, and functional skill acquisition.

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative and growing team in Lancaster, PA.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct Occupational Therapy evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s unique strengths and areas of need
• Provide play-based, relationship-based Occupational Therapy services
• Support development in areas including sensory integration and praxis, regulation, motor planning, fine motor skills, executive functioning, social participation, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with caregivers to develop meaningful strategies for home and community carryover
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Candidates must:

• Hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Be licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Value neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based practice

Preferred experience or training includes:

• Sensory Integration and Praxis
• DIR® Floortime
• Interactive Metronome®
• Feeding therapy/SOS Approach
• Reflex Integration strategies
• Pediatric outpatient or school-based experience

Pay: $51.57 - $56.03 per hour
