Carrier Relations Representative

Location: On-Site in Aliquippa, PA 15001

As a Carrier Relations Representative, you will work with PGT Trucking's trusted carrier network to move additional loads for our customers at competitive rates. You will identify, thoroughly research and establish new carrier relationships, and you will work closely with PGT Operations to provide safe and on time service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new carrier relationships to expand our network
• Thoroughly research prospective carriers to ensure compliance with PGT and FMCSA safety guidelines
• Manage both inbound and outbound call volume to generate leads for load coverage
• Schedule freight dispatch with approved carriers and ensure on time pickup and delivery
• Quickly address potential issues and identify solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Role Requirements

• HS diploma or GED. Additional education preferred
• Experience with truck dispatch or freight brokerage
• Strong focus on customer service
• Driven to produce results, hit key metrics and push to reach new revenue goals
• Self-motivated and problem-solving
• This position is required to be in office.
