Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RV Technician to join our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles. From routine maintenance tasks to complex repairs, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers' RVs are safe, functional, and ready for the road.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various systems of recreational vehicles, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Inspect RVs to identify issues and develop comprehensive repair plans.
• Replace or repair damaged components, including but not limited to, awnings, slide-outs, generators, and water systems.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new RVs to ensure quality and functionality.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an RV Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Certification from an accredited RV technician program or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
