Ranked the #4 Large Employer to Work for in America and residing in the Top 400 on Engineering News Record (ENR)'s List of Top Design Firms in the nation, TPD is currently hiring a Senior Structures Project Manager/Team Lead to work out of our Pittsburgh or Harrisburg office.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as Project Manager for highway structures projects (bridges, culverts, retaining walls, etc.)
• Manage and serve as mentor to Structures Design Department staff
• Prepare workload and budget projections
• Perform Business Development activities including attending marketing meetings with various agencies and attending professional society events
• Review Requests for Proposals and perform assessment of project pursuit strategies

• Prepare Statements of Interest, Technical Proposals, and Price Proposals
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Conduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance Reviews.

Job Requirements

• 15+ years of experience
• Pennsylvania PE License required
• Previous experience with PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike projects
• Experience working on municipal, county, and city projects is a bonus
• Served as a Project Manager or Highway Task Leader
• Willing to attend marketing events
• Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver’s License.
