DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company in Coatesville, PA is looking for a full-time HVAC Lead Installation Technician who can support our growing division by leading a team of installers to complete heating and air conditioning, water heating, and water treatment equipment installations. You'll also coach our apprentices and helpers. Our HVAC Lead Installation Technician works Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4:00 pm, overtime when required and earns a competitive wage of up to $54.00/hour, based on skills and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years or more experience as an installer
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) refrigerant handling licensure
• Valid driver's license
• A clean driving record
• Can pass a background check and drug screening
• Physically capable of completing all job-related tasks
• Willing to invest in necessary tools for the job
• A positive attitude and willingness to attend required trainings to increase industry knowledge and skillset
• A hardworking individual
