What You’ll Do as a Fryer Operator

• Start, operate, and stop machinery that blanches, dries, fries, and freezes potato products.
• Keep accurate and legible production reports.
• Conduct product quality tests and enter data into our Infinity database.
• Adjust blancher, dryer, and fryer temperatures and water/oil depths to ensure top-quality products.
• Clean and sanitize equipment regularly and during scheduled downtime.
• Communicate with production supervisors about any conditions affecting finished products.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 months of related experience or a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to obtain Forklift Certification (we provide training if needed).
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork and safety.

Physical Demands

• Constant: Standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms.
• Frequent: Using hands to handle or feel, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and communicating.
• Regular: Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional: Sitting, climbing, balancing, tasting, and smelling.
