Yale Electric Supply, An affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our West Chester, PA location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the counter, via email, and phone.
• Small project pricing and order processing.
• Effectively quote, place, and process orders.
• Proactively track orders in computer system for customer and processing efficiency.
• Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.
• General warehouse work: putting stock away, pulling will calls, and inventory preparations.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of sales experience; in the electrical industry preferred
• Must be able to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must exhibit a team first attitude with a commitment to punctuality
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
