Paralegal
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience located in Downtown Pittsburgh. After appropriate length of employment, opportunity to work remotely periodically. The paralegal will be responsible for providing administrative support to attorneys; typing from dictation (correspondence, pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents); maintaining organization of case files; court filing (both in-person and electronically); in-office filing; answering phones; greeting and interacting with clients; inputting attorney's time and assisting with billing; and general office duties. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications :
· Paralegal certificate with 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw.
· Experience drafting legal documents and managing case files.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.
· Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines independently.
· Knowledge of county, state, and federal e-filing systems.
· Ability to operate standard office equipment.
