Floor Manager
Cry Baby Pasta is looking for a confident, charismatic Lead Host / Floor Manager to run the door and help drive the flow of service. We’re a high-energy, detail-oriented restaurant, and this role is key to setting the tone from the moment guests walk in.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous hosting and/or floor management experience required
- Experience with Resy and Toast POS required
- Personable, polished, and genuinely hospitable
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a busy door
- Ability to control the floor, pace reservations, and communicate clearly with the team
- Thrives in a close-knit, team-driven environment
