Purchasing Procurement Analyst

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities
- Developing, identifying, analyzing and improving existing Purchasing solutions, dashboards, processes and provide services to govern and drive efficiency, harmonization, and best practices in support of the Purchasing strategic priorities.
- Collecting and analyzing technical, financial, and legal information as input to contract and bid documents.
- Liaising with applicable technical, finance or legal teams on matters requiring review.
- Documenting performance and service level agreements and monitoring vendor/supplier performance against those agreements.
- PowerBI and additional systems experience preferred.
- Requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience.
- Works independently with general supervision.
- Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.
- May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
