What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating executive calendars, meetings, and leadership engagements to ensure alignment across global teams and priorities.
- Logistically supporting and preparing materials for business meetings and leadership events.
- Facilitating collaboration by coordinating communications, meetings, and follow-ups on key initiatives across regions and business units.
- Preparing presentations, briefing documents, and supporting materials for executive meetings and internal communications.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense submission, and general executive assistance.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive business information and executive materials.
- Tracking action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings to ensure alignment, execution, and progress toward organizational goals.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of professional administrative or operational support experience.
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional executive materials.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain professionalism when supporting senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
- Experience coordinating leadership meetings, executive communications, and internal events.
