Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead and manage our tax practice, serving a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), partnerships, S-corps, C-corps, and fiduciary entities. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, RE client experience, strong client management skills, and a desire to contribute to a thriving, team-oriented firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage tax compliance, planning, and advisory engagements for HNWIs, businesses, and fiduciary clients.
• Review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust/estate tax returns.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to minimize liabilities and optimize client outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused team environment.
• Contribute to business development efforts and firm growth initiatives.
• Play an active role in firm leadership with a clear pathway to partnership.

Qualifications:

• CPA preferred; 7+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong technical knowledge in partnership, corporate, and individual taxation.
• Experience with fiduciary tax (trusts & estates) is a plus.
