We are currently seeking a Director to join the Firm's National Office of Professional Practice. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative team, play a key role in driving audit innovation and technology use. The role reports to Partner In Charge - Assurance Methodology, Innovation and Technology. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the design and oversight of audit use of software, including the integration of various platforms and advancing innovation-based technology across Assurance Services.
This role can be based in anyone of our US locations and will require some travel.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:Advise and support of the Partner In Charge - Assurance Methodology, Innovation and Technology on the use of Software Audit Tools and AI strategy, business case development, and change management to drive adoption of new tools and processes across Assurance Services.
Participate, identify and drive the design of AI and other Software Audit Technology use cases by analyzing workflow gaps and collaborating with practitioners to prototype and validate technology solutions used in Assurance Services.
Support the System of Quality Management and other governance compliance to ensure ongoing compliance with SQMS1 and QC1000.
Establish and track performance metrics for technology adoption, including KPIs, utilization, and ROI.
Contribute to thought leadership through participation in industry events, webinars, and client-facing presentations to promote EisnerAmper LLPs use of Technology in its Assurance Services.
Basic Qualifications: 15 + years of experience, preferably with a Big 4 or national public auditing firm providing audit and attest services.CPA, or international equivalent, is required
Strong working knowledge of the requirements of professional accounting and auditing standards (AICPA and PCAOB) as relates to the use of Software and Technology in the delivery of assurance services
Prior experience in the business product owner role related to development, management and deployment of software audit tools
Prior experience in prototyping and validating audit technology solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
A forward-thinking, continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for innovation in audit and assurance.
Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in AI lifecycle management, including intake, risk assessment, governance, and deployment frameworks.
Strong change management capabilities, with the ability to drive adoption of new technologies across service lines.
Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders, and lead cross-functional working groups on technology strategy

The expected salary range for this position is between $200,000 and $250,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
