OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Scranton, PA by HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Join HMD Trucking from Scranton, PA to run OTR solo CDL-A dry van freight nationwide. This role focuses on dependable long-haul runs with a safety-first, driver-centered team.
Your role:
- Operate dry van tractor-trailers on established long-distance routes across the U.S.
- Keep accurate logs, comply with Hours-of-Service rules, and follow company safety policies.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and escalate mechanical issues.
What HMD provides:
- Starting pay at 65 CPM, weekly averages near 2,500 miles, plus bonuses for safety and clean inspections.
- Late-model trucks (<3 years) with APUs, inverters, sleepers, and in-house maintenance support.

Qualifications:
- CDL-A license and minimum 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
