If you have a track record of success in a high volume kitchen, and a passion for crafting unforgettable dishes, we want to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include:

-Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
-Design and execute innovative menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and showcase your culinary creativity
-Collaborate with our bar team to create perfect pairings with our extensive whiskey selection and craft cocktails
-Ensure the highest standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained
-Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and budgeting
