This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with upscale sports bar style brands, including large hotels and vibrant nightlife scenes. You will manage culinary operations up to 15 plus locations, ensuring that high volume restaurants meet our high standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee culinary operations across multiple restaurant locations.
- Manage menu development and execution for diverse cuisines.
- Ensure consistency and quality of food across all properties.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food preparation processes.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Train and mentor culinary teams to foster a positive working environment.
- Work closely with management to achieve profitability and operational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to oversee multiple locations simultaneously.
- Exceptional culinary skills with a focus on diverse cuisines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations as required.
Schedule
