The Training Manager will lead the development and delivery of training programs for new franchise owners. This corporate role, reporting to the Associate Vice President of Digital Learning, is crucial to ensuring new franchisees are well-prepared to launch and operate successful locations in alignment with our brand standards. In addition to new owner onboarding, this role may contribute to internal training initiatives across departments as needed. This role will lead training, in-person at CertaPro’s Audubon, PA Headquarters, approximately 30 weeks a year. Some travel required.

What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, effective training programs for new franchise owners (in-person and virtual).
  • Manage the new owner onboarding process, including sending welcome emails and meeting invites, coordinating social events, setting up the training room, coordinating guest speakers, facilitating and coordinating additional facilitators as needed, review and implementation of learner feedback.
  • Partner with subject matter experts (marketing, operations, recruiting, legal, etc.) to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
  • Continuously improve training materials based on feedback, business updated, and learning outcomes.
  • Tracking training completion, comprehension, and readiness of new owners.
  • Support other training programs across the organization as capacity and priorities allow.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and training records for compliance and quality assurance.

What we are Looking For: Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in corporate training, learning and development, or franchise operations is required.
  • Work experience in franchise operations is a plus
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both live and virtual.
  • Experience developing training content.
  • Familiarity with franchise systems and the franchise business model.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Individuals living in the Audubon, PA area preferred.

Hybrid Remote Work Policy:

Employees who live within a 50 mile radius of CertaPro’s Audubon, PA headquarters are subject to the Hybrid Remote Work Policy, which requires them to work from CertaPro’s headquarters every Monday and at least one additional day per week chosen by the employee. Employees subject to the Hybrid Remote Work Policy are also expected to work at CertaPro’s headquarters on days when there is a Meet the Team event for prospective franchise owners scheduled.

Travel Expectations:

This position may require travel across North America to participate in meetings and training sessions, up to 20% of the time.

Salary Range – $85,000 – $110,000
