- Proactively develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and agency growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide personalized recommendations that add value to clients.
- Confidently market, explain, and sell insurance products to both new leads and existing clients.
- Act as the go-to problem solver by overseeing and resolving complex customer issues.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Experience in insurance sales, account management, or a customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build trust quickly.
- Ability to adapt, lead conversations, and close opportunities.
- Must hold Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses or be willing to obtain them. Full licensing support is provided to help you succeed.
