Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, addressing vehicle concerns and service needs.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding diagnostics, repairs, and the status of their vehicles.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of service work.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and repair orders.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing updates and answering questions throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Experience in an automotive environment required.
