We are seeking an Operations Lead who thrives on building systems, managing details, and creating order behind the scenes so the business can grow and clients receive an exceptional experience.

Position Overview
The Operations Lead is responsible for the day to day operational engine of the business. This person ensures that every listing, transaction, marketing initiative, and administrative process runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a high level of quality.

The right candidate will bring structure, organization, and strategic thinking to the business while allowing the lead agent to focus on clients, growth, and vision.

This is a high trust role with significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations
Manage and continuously improve the systems that support the business including transaction management, listing processes, and marketing workflows.

Implement efficient systems and technology that streamline operations and eliminate unnecessary friction.

Ensure deadlines, compliance requirements, and internal processes are consistently executed.

Client Experience
Oversee the administrative side of listing and transaction coordination to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Communicate with vendors, photographers, stagers, inspectors, and service providers.

Maintain the high standards of service the team is known for.

Marketing and Content Coordination
Coordinate listing marketing including photography, video, brochures, and online marketing.

Assist in organizing and scheduling social media and digital marketing initiatives.

Help maintain brand consistency across marketing channels.

Project Management
Track multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timelines are met.

Anticipate potential issues and proactively solve problems before they arise.

Maintain clear communication with the lead agent and team members.

Team Growth and Leadership
As the team grows, assist in hiring, onboarding, and training additional administrative or marketing support.

Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional team environment.

Success in this role may lead to a future position as an Executive Assistant or Director of Operations.

Qualifications

Experience in operations, project management, administration, or similar roles

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable learning and using new technology platforms

Experience with real estate systems is helpful but not required

Experience with social media or marketing coordination is a plus

Real estate license is a plus
