Team Lead Software Development - Marketing Solutions

Akkodis is seeking a Team Lead Software Development - Marketing Solutions for a Direct Hire with a client in Pittston, PA(Hybrid). This role requires strong MarTech development leadership with deep expertise in designing and delivering marketing‑technology solutions across CRM, automation, analytics, and front‑end platforms.

Salary Range: $140k/Yearly to $160k/Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Team Lead Software Development - Marketing Solutions job responsibilities include:

• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional agile development team—coordinating daily activities, removing roadblocks, conducting code reviews, and guiding developers through planning and execution.

• Translate marketing strategies and business goals into technical requirements, serving as the subject matter expert for MarTech platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation solutions.

• Design and develop scalable solutions within the MarTech ecosystem using C#, .NET, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks (Angular/React), contributing hands‑on to coding, debugging, and architecture.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, marketing stakeholders, QA, and engineering teams to ensure high‑quality delivery, alignment on priorities, and adherence to enterprise standards.

• Implement and champion secure development practices, performance optimization, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines while supporting integration across advertising, analytics, CRM, and campaign systems.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, mentor team members, participate in hiring decisions, and support continuous improvement across processes, tooling, and technical design.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 5–10 years in software development, including 3+ years leading development teams and 2–5+ years building solutions in MarTech/AdTech ecosystems.

• Proven expertise with C#, .NET/.NET Core, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks (Angular/React), plus hands‑on integration across CRM, marketing automation, analytics (e.g., GA4), and A/B testing platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to translate marketing goals into technical roadmaps, drive Agile delivery (multi‑team collaboration), and enforce secure, high‑performance coding standards with strong documentation and communication skills.
