Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:30am to 04:00pm )

• Processing goods receipt and goods issue orders in SAP
• Maintaining container and trailer information through our Yard View system
• Providing product, service, and transit information to customers
• Resolving customer inquiries and service-related issues promptly and professionally
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
• Updating order status and tracking information using Google Sheets
• Managing digital driver logs for arrivals and departures
• Assisting with order distribution and supporting operational needs as required
• Performing additional duties to support the team and business objectives

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with technology and data entry systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to provide coverage for other shifts when needed
• Experience with SAP or warehouse/logistics operations is a plus, but not required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
