Whitetail Construction is a small, Amish-owned company built on honesty, respect, and hard work. The team values reliability and treats every person like family—whether on the crew or behind the wheel. It's the kind of place where people look out for one another and take pride in doing things the right way.

What You'll Do as a Driver:

• Drive the company owner to job sites, supplier visits, and meetings around Pennsylvania and nearby states.
• Map out routes that make the best use of time and avoid traffic when possible.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and in good working order.
• Stay overnight on occasional trips, about 2-3 nights per month.
• Adjust to early starts or later days—some mornings may begin as early as 4:00 AM, while others start closer to 9:00 AM.
• Work part-time (15-20 hours minimum) or full-time with a guaranteed 40 hours each week if preferred.

• $20-$24/hour, depending on experience
