We are seeking a Desk Nurse to join our commited staff and provide exceptional care to our residents
Position Overview:
The Desk Nurse is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, coordinating resident care, managing documentation, and serving as a clinical resource for nursing staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily nursing operations during day shift
Review and manage physician orders and clinical documentation
Provide clinical support and guidance to nursing staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Active Nursing license in good standing
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
