We are a growing outpatient clinic in Fairless Hills, PA, that's redefining what it means to deliver great care. Since opening our doors on February 3rd, we've built a practice rooted in one-on-one patient care, mentorship, and a team-first culture. We're now looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who is ready to join us on this exciting journey.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to $85,000, flexible based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (no evenings or weekends)
• Insurance: Health, dental, and vision coverage
• Retirement: 401(k)
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks PTO + 6 paid holidays
• Continuing Education: Unlimited CEUs + bonus for completion of certification courses
• EMR: Predictive Health with Prompt EMR — no taking notes home

Position Highlights

• One-on-one care with every patient
• 40-minute follow-up sessions
• 60-minute initial evaluations
• Onsite mentorship for clinical and professional development
• Full-time, permanent role with immediate start available
• Open to new graduates

Patient Population & Services

• Care for patients across all age ranges
• Wide variety of conditions: orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular
• Open to those interested in expanding into TMJ or pelvic health
