Job Title: Part-Time Inventory Coordinator
Job Description
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory and ensuring the efficient distribution of warehouse materials. This role involves working closely with technicians to maintain appropriate equipment and inventory levels.
Responsibilities

Distribute inventory materials to field technicians each morning at the start of the shift.

Perform cycle counts in both vans and warehouse space.

Input inventory records into the software database.

Organize the warehouse to ensure all materials are easily accessible.

Provide inventory reports to management as needed.

Assist with month-end inventory close, including reconciling and auditing of inventory.

Perform administrative duties as appropriate.

Manage supplied inventory materials and company-issued equipment.
Essential Skills

Experience with inventory control and cycle counts.

Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong relationship-building skills.

Attention to detail and data validation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

2 years of inventory control experience preferred.
Work Environment
The position is based in an office/warehouse environment and is part-time, working Monday to Friday, 9 am - 1 pm, onsite. The dress code is business casual.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blakeslee, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
