General Dentist
Practice Overview:
This is a modern, well-equipped dental practice conveniently located in Lancaster, PA. The office features six operatories and advanced digital technology, including iTero, panoramic imaging, and CBCT , allowing for comprehensive diagnostic and restorative care. The environment supports both experienced dentists and newer graduates seeking mentorship in a collaborative team setting.
Position Summary:
The practice is seeking a General Dentist to provide exceptional patient care in a growing, family-oriented environment. This is a flexible opportunity open to full-time or part-time schedules. The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their procedures and values a team-driven approach to delivering excellent outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures using advanced digital technology.
- Develop customized treatment plans focused on long-term oral health and patient comfort.
- Work collaboratively with hygienists and support staff to maintain efficiency and high standards of care.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture built on communication and trust.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Current Pennsylvania dental license in good standing.
- Experience with CBCT and intraoral scanning preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Schedule:
- Monday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Friday: As needed.
- ( Flexible scheduling available for part-time or full-time roles. )
