Job Summary:

The Finance Manager leads the financial operations of the organization by overseeing accounting, reporting, planning, and compliance activities. This role ensures that budgets are effectively managed, financial risks are mitigated, and leadership has accurate and timely data for decision-making. The Finance Manager directs a team of finance professionals while partnering with department heads to align financial strategy with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in financial regulations and reporting standards, paired with the ability to communicate insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Direct report to PCP CEO and dot-line report to the overseas Corporate Finance representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Provide financial models and reports to guide business strategy.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate financial policies.
• Lead internal and external audit processes with zero major findings.
• Manage, mentor, and develop finance team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with company goals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Drive initiatives that enhance financial systems, reporting, and accuracy.
• Execute additional responsibilities as required to meet evolving business needs and leadership directives.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of financial management or senior accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting systems, ERP platforms, and regulatory compliance.

Skills & Competencies:

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and strategic financial management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in ERP financial systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
