Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to provide essential support to elementary students in a leave contract assignment. This position offers the chance to work with a caseload of 30 to 50 students, focusing on early intervention, and is based in West Chester, PA. The role features a hybrid work schedule, allowing up to three days per week at home, balancing in-person collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and provide evaluations for elementary students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families.
• Offer counseling and interventions tailored to student needs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Psychology License.
• Required PA state clearances.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 30-50 students effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, including on-site and remote days.

Job Details:

• Location: West Chester, PA.
• Setting: Elementary school.
• Schedule: 35 hours per week, 5 days per week.
• Contract Duration: Immediate start through October 31, with a strong possibility of extension for miscellaneous work through December and early intervention services from January to June.
